The Causeway to Baltimore, Thursday Afternoon

Kathy had been doing some thinking recently, going over the activities that helped her cut through the noise in her brain. All of the ones she'd found so far involved the participation of other people and she needed to find something she could do by herself so she didn't have to keep bothering folks. And that had gotten her to thinking about the almost-reverie she'd slipped into on Dante's motorcycle. That was something she could potentially do for herself...except she'd need a bike of her own.

Or Dante could share his, but ahahahahano.

It wouldn't hurt to start looking for something like that, though, would it? Even if she didn't buy something right away, having an idea in her mind wouldn't hurt. She made her way towards the Causeway and sent a text at the same time. If she were going shopping, she should consult an expert, right?

She was driving him to distraction, going that fast. Fuck. Dante sped up the bike, just to be contrary.

How much further to the rest stop, ag-- oh, thank fuck. There was the first road sign.

He might have sped the bike up--earning a soft groan from behind him because Kathy had shifted position slightly and could feel the thrum of the engine right through her. Again, she cursed her jeans, though at least she wasn't leaving a wet spot on his bike seat?

She kept her hand moving at the same slow pace though, even when a small bump in the road made her lean forward and bite Dante's shoulder.

Dante's eyes went wide and he almost told her to lay off if she wanted to get to the stop in one piece.

The road was still mostly empty, but cars were coming up in the distance. "Kathy..."

That was as far into that as he was willing to get.

The bite had been purely reaction, not a conscious decision at all.

Still, she got what he meant and eased back a bit with a low chuckle. "Sorry," she said, sounding more amused than apologetic. "Got a bit into it."

She also pulled her hand out of his pants--though no further away than that, still fondling him through the fabric.

Dante exhaled, part of him furious that he'd said anything at all, but part of him glad that this wasn't about to end with Kathy on the pavement.

"Almost there," he said, voice low as he hit the turn signal.

Hey, Katy also appreciated not being smeared across the pavement. She might still be pretty fucked up sometimes, but she'd rather be alive and fucked up than the opposite.

"Good," she said. "I liked what I was doing. Got my blood going faster than even a cop chase would have."

She wasn't exactly sure where or how they'd continue at the rest stop, considering they weren't in a car where they could potentially hide what they were up to, but she figured Dante had some plan in mind. She was busy thinking about other things. Things like, "Fuck, I want you in my mouth again. This time with your full attention on what I'm doing."

"Jesus," Dante hissed.

He pulled into the rest stop's parking lot, stopping the bike right outside the restroom building. There was nobody on their side of it.

"This isn't the coat check," Kathy teased as she slid off the bike. The final squeeze she gave him before she let go hopefully showed how eager she was to renegotiate her prior hard stance against bathroom trysts.

"Nah," Dante said, sliding off the bike after her.

He crowded her up against the outer wall of the restroom the fucking second he was upright.

And suddenly Kathy had her back against the wall and Dante pressed up against her and there wasn't a goddamn thing she would change about this situation. Well, maybe other than wearing a skirt because, again, these fucking pants got in the way of everything. She wrapped her leg around his, grinding against his thigh, and bit his shoulder again. This time deliberately.

Dante grunted, but he wasn't much deterred, one hand sliding up her leg to support her.

The other one shoved up under her shirt, cupping her breast as his fingers instinctively sought out a nipple. "I forgot how much of a fucking exhibitionist you are," he said, voice low.

Not that he disapproved.

"I like playing with getting caught," Kathy said, moaning as he found her nipple already hard and aching. "Makes me feel like I'm getting away with something. Besides, I'm--fuck--super-tired of letting how I 'ought' to behave getting in the way of what I wanna do."

"Good girl gone bad?" Dante said. He pinched her sharply. "Guess now I know how a trope can still be pretty fucking hot."

He pressed a kiss to her mouth that was mostly bite, his body forcing her harder up against the wall. "You know this used to feel like we were playing. Not so sure now."

Maybe a small part of him needed this first time alone to feel... not like a fight, maybe, but not like all hugs and kisses and forgiveness.

Negotiating towards forgiveness was not the same thing as being forgiven. Nor did it automatically mean that all the hurt and ugly feelings went away, either.

Kathy's hand snaked up into his hair and pulled, trying to force his head back so she could get at his throat. "More intent behind it, you mean?" she asked, right before her teeth sank down on skin.

"Fuck," Dante whined, voice shuddering. Rest of him too, maybe. "Yeah."

His hand kneaded her breast, almost equally rough.

Kathy gasped, the rough handling landing just on the pleasurable side of 'too much.' She'd noticed that she liked things a little...sharper maybe?...since coming back. Anything to fight the memories of lacking all sensation for months.

"You okay with that?" she asked, the fingers of her other hand clawing their way across his back.

Dante smirked, tilting his head. It was his turn to bite at her throat, letting go of her leg as he moved. "You're talking too much," he decided.

His teeth managed to shut her up even faster than she could ask for it. She groaned and bucked against his thigh, needing that pressure against her.

Okay great. He seemed to be fine with this. Kathy was more than happy to let the topic go in favor of whimpering in need.

Dante smirked against her skin, free hand slipping down to undo the button on her jeans. "My turn," he whispered, as he slid his hand into her panties.

They weren't even inside the bathroom yet and his hands were already down her pants. Not that Kathy was complaining. Teasing him on the bike had done almost as much for her as it had for him and he'd find her already soaked through.

"Fuck yes," she said, eyes fluttering closed as her head fell back against the wall.

Dante's eyes darted to the side briefly, just to make sure nobody was coming.

He slid a finger between her lips, slicking it up, teasing. Didn't press it into her until it was nice and wet.

"Don't think I forgot about you sucking my dick," he whispered in her ear, now that his clarity of though had mostly returned to him.

"Better--better not have," Kathy said, stumbling over a gasp he'd dragged from her throat. Her inner walls grasped at his finger, pulling it deeper. "Right in front of the bathroom mirror so you can watch."

"Wanna get to that bathroom, Kat-hy?" Dante asked, pressing a kiss to the skin right under her ear.

Pushing in the second finger, too. But that was secondary.

...Funny, it didn't feel secondary to her. She was very aware of that second finger.

"Not if it means you taking your fingers away," she told him, grinding against his hand. She turned her head to catch his lower lip between her teeth. A sharp nip and then she was kissing him. Hard.

Dante's groan was a low rumble in his chest more than anything audible, caught up as his mouth was with hers. He pushed his fingers in and out, deeper each time, until he was down to the knuckle.

"Gonna have to," he murmured. "Gonna have to if you're gonna suck me and I'm gonna fuck you."
