Kira had never actually worn this outfit--it had been a gift from a friend that had languished in the back of her closet where no one would ever see it--but a club in LA where no one would know her but her friends seemed like a perfect time to go for it, especially since the weather was okay for it. "I feel so bad. Like, behavior bad, not actually bad," she said, bouncing a little in her boots.
