Kathy was just taking a few moments to enjoy the mounting tension, to prolong that last little while before thoughts fled and the whole world narrowed down to the feeling of him inside of her.
Eventually, though, even Kathy could have enough teasing. She pulled away from his mouth with no small reluctance. "Let me put my legs up," she said, "Over your shoulders."
